Youngster Chidi-Obi Martin breaks Arsenal goals record

Chidi Obi-Martin is the hottest striker in the PL2 with the Arsenal U18 team after already netting more than double of double digits this season.

Chidi-Obi added to his already spectacular goalscoring tally over the weekend, scoring to complete a comeback over Aston Villa in the U18 Premier League.

The 17-year-old striker, who has both Nigerian and Danish heritage, has now netted in six straight games, already netting 21 times in just 15 games, 1,163 minutes in the U18 Premier League, to lead the goalscoring chart.

He has broken the record for the most goals scored by an under-age in a single season, going past Rhys Murphy, who netted 20 goals in the 2006/2007 season for the Gunners.
