  • Applicants must possess a minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, or GCE. The required credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • Candidates applying for Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry, and Doctor of Physiotherapy must obtain all required O’Level credits in one sitting only.
  • Candidates must have the correct JAMB subject combination, which includes English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • Direct Entry candidates who selected UNIMED as their first choice institution through JAMB are also eligible to apply.
  • Direct Entry applicants who did not initially choose UNIMED must complete a change of institution to the university before they can be considered.
  • Direct Entry candidates using Cambridge, JUPEB, or IJMB results must have a minimum of 10 points.
  • ND, HND, and degree holders applying for Direct Entry admission into 200 level must possess acceptable qualifications. Degree holders are expected to have at least a Second Class Lower Division (2:2).
  • All Direct Entry candidates must ensure that their official academic transcripts are sent directly to the Registrar of the university before the screening date, as failure to do so may affect admission consideration.

How To Apply For UNIMED Post-UTME Form 2026/2027
