Golden Eaglets draw again in test game
The Golden Eaglets had to fight from a goal down to draw 1-1 with Miracle Academy on Abia in a third test game preparatory to the WAFU B U17 AFCON qualifying tournament next month in Ghana.
The match was watched by NFF president Ibrahim Gusau and former African Footballer of Year Victor Ikpeba.
The Eaglets paraded athletic and physically imposing players who in time will play with a lot more cohesion.
The U17s under coach Manu Garba won their first friendly 4-2, before they were held to a 1-1 draw by Ikon Allah Academy of Kaduna.
The U17 AFCON qualifying tournament will kick off May 15.
Super Eagles invitee on trials in Azerbaijan
