Galatasaray: How Osimhen can leave in January

Turkish champions Galatasaray have given the conditions under which Victor Osimhen could leave in Janaury.

Osimhen is on a season-long loan at ‘Gala’ from Napoli after he joined up in this past summer.

However, Galatasaray deputy chairman Ibrahim Hatipoglu gave the steps that have to followed before Osimhen could walk out on them before the end of the season.

He told Milliyet newspaper: “Osimhen’s situation is very clear, he has a release clause of 75 Million Euros.

“If a club go to Napoli, who own the player, and pay this money and the Italian team decide to evaluate it, the deal is not done yet.

“Osimhen’s consent is also required. If Osimhen says ‘I have agreed, I want to go’, there is nothing to do anyway. That is not over here either.

“If any club reached an agreement with both Osimhen and Napoli, they have to come to us as well. Of course, there will be a financial cost for them to also pay us.”
