Anthony Izuchukwu has won the Best Player of the Season of his Chinese Super League club Nantong Zhiyun FC.
The former Hagesund of Norway player featured in 29 games and scored three goals from his defensive position.
The 27-year-old GBS Academy of Jos product has expressed gratitude to the club and his teammates for such honour and believes the award will give him the impetus to work harder and achieve more success.
He has represented Nigeria at U23 level.
