SCORENigeria Top 5: ‘Air’ Osimhen gets Napoli going again
The awesome aerial and sheer athletic power of Victor Osimhen were again on full display as rose highest to nod home for Napoli to draw level at Monza on their way to victory.
5.Moses Ebiye
The former Akwa United star made a goal-scoring debut for new Scottish club Motherwell in a vital 3-2 win at Dundee. He was an instant impact as his goal proved to be the match winner. Ebiye is trying to get his career back on track after languishing in the doldrums in Norway for several years. Scotland could well provide that platform for the sleeky forward.

4.William Agada
The bulky striker has continued where he stopped last season in the Major League Soccer (MLS) after he grabbed a brace for Sporting Kansas vs Portland Timbers. He opened scoring in the 13th minute and completed his brace for his team’s third goal on 45 minutes. However, the visitors staged a remarkable fight back to salvage a 3-3 draw.
3.Samuel Chukwueze
‘Samu’ is back to top form with Italian giants after he did everything good but score a goal in a dominant 3-0 win at Lecce. He assisted for the opening goal and delivered his confident direct surges into enemy territory to earn top praise from the Milan coach Stefano Pioli. It is now hoped he will be a lot more consistent as Milan consolidated second place in Serie A this season.
2.Raphael Onyedika
The Super Eagles defensive midfielder scored twice for Club Brugge to shock Anderlecht 3-1 in a Belgian Championship Playoff. They were two well-taken goals from the top of the box. Club Brugge by their high standards struggled during the regular season, but they are now third in the playoffs with a good chance they could again feature in the UEFA Champions League come next season.
1.Victor Osimhen
The Super Eagles star striker has continued to carry Napoli on his back after the heroics of last season. The Naples club may have made a tame defence of the Scudetto they won with so much aplomb last term, but Osimhen has continued to soldier on as they battle to play European club football next season. As expected to got Napoli back on level terms after home team Monza took the lead. His equaliser was pure class displaying athletic prowess as he out jumped the entire opposing defence before he delivered a bullet header beyond the goalkeeper. It was the inspiration for a 4-2 win on the road by Napoli and yet another reason why Europe’s top clubs will pay top dollar to sign him this summer.
