According to The Independent newspaper, Manchester United and PSG are now the front runners for the coveted signature of Victor Osimhen.
Premier League clubs Chelsea and Arsenal have been closely linked with the 25-year-old Napoli striker.
However, The Independent has now reported Manchester United and PSG are in the best positions to land Osimhen.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe is the new co-owner of United and he has promised a lot of changes in the summer.
The British newspaper said the buyout clause in the contract Osimhen recently signed with Napoli is 110 Million Euros.
Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has confirmed that there is an exit clause in Osimhen’s new contract and prospective suitors will have to meet this.
Osimhen has scored 13 goals and provided four assists across all competitions this season.
He has netted 72 goals and made 18 assists in a total of 123 games for Napoli since his transfer in 2020.
