The NPFL Player of Week 24 is Enugu Rangers striker Kingsley Maduforo.
Defending champions Rangers recorded the biggest result of the week under review when they slowed down NPFL table toppers Remo Stars 2-1 at home.
Former Heartland FC forward doubled the lead of home team Rangers after 49 minutes and it proved to be the winning goal in this high-profile clash.
It was the second goal of the season for the 23-year-old Maduforo.
It was a sweet revenge for ‘The Flying Antelopes’, who lost 2-1 in the reverse tie at Remo Stars in September.
Rangers win ended an eight-game unbeaten run by Remo Stars.
This weekend’s win lifted the defending champions to third position on the table with 38 points from 24 matches, two points behind second-placed Shooting Stars and 10 points behind leaders Remo Stars.
