Norwegian club Molde buzzing after signing Wonder Boy Daga

Top Norwegian club Molde FK have said they are thrilled to have signed highly-rated Flying Eagles midfield star Daniel Daga.

Daga, who clocked 18 earlier this month, was Molde first signing of the year.

Molde CEO Oystein Neerland said they plan to take this huge talent to a higher level.

“We are very happy to bring in an exciting and talented player from Nigeria,” he told the Molde official website.

“Daniel already has experience from the top division there, and he is considered a great talent. We look forward to following his development here in Molde and helping him take new steps in his career.”

The defensive midfielder, who has won 11 caps for the Nigeria U20s, is now in line to make his Molde debut in a friendly Tuesday after which he will join the rest of the squad for a training camp in Marbella, Spain.

SCORENigeria first reported last year that Daga has signed a pre-contract with Molde.
