Swedish club Kalmar FF have announced that “many clubs” are ready to sign highly-rated central defender Vince Osuji.
Youngster Osuji has caught the eye in his first season in Europe even though Kalmar have been relegated to the Swedish lower league.
Kalmar sports director Jorgen Petersson admitted Osuji may well have played his last game for them.
“He is now going home to Africa on holiday shortly and he may never come back again,” he told Fotbolldirekt.se
“Yes, but the interest is as great as it looks. There are many clubs who want to act and who also know what we want.”
Belgian giants Anderlecht, Slavia Praha as well as several clubs in the Major League Soccer (MLS) in the USA have been linked with the young defender.
