A Nigerian lady has shared the renovations she did on a rented apartment in Lagos state.

After paying for the house, she (@i_am_zeri) showed people the state of the flat before she got down to work on it.

The people she employed repainted the house. After that, she put neon light to enhance the beauty of the POP.

The lady spent N370k on a TV console and media wall. The lady installed new gadgets and furniture pieces in the house.

She stated that she had a lot of money on the house decoration because it is hard to come by such a spacious apartment in Lagos.

Meanwhile, TheTalk.NG earlier reported that a Nigerian baker (@cakesbysharawow) shared a video of how she renovated her cake studio. She said after some searching, she was able to get a space.

The video she shared showed that she invested much into the interior decor to make the place fit for her business. After she was convinced she could renovate to her taste, the lady got down to work.
