Italian giants join chase for Victor Boniface

Reports coming from Italy have it that giants Juventus have set their eyes on Super Eagles striker Victor Okoh Boniface.

Boniface has been in impressive form for Xabi Alonso’s Die Werlself, grabbing 16 goals and nine assists in 23 appearances and winning the rookie of the month award four times.

According to popular Italian sports magazine football Italia,”Juventus have set their sights on Nigeria international Boniface, scorer of 32 goals in 50 appearances with Bayer Leverkusen this season”

Also, Juventus news platform Forza Juve posted via their X handle;

“Juventus are monitoring Bayer Leverkusen’s striker Victor Boniface (23).”

”Giuntoli appreciates him and Juve’s scouts have watched him during the last months. No offers or talks yet.”

Boniface still has four years on his current Leverkusen contract, meaning they are not in any rush whatsoever to sell, also given the fact that Xabi Alonso has decided to stay at the German side.
