Galatasaray: Osimhen decides future, 5 top clubs want to sign him

Galatasaray Vice President Abdullah Kavukcu has revealed that Victor Osimhen will inform the Turkish champions of his decision for the future next month.

The top official also acknowledged that at least five top clubs want to sign the Super Eagles striker.

Osimhen, 26, is on loan at Galatasaray till the end of the season as he is most likely to quit Italian club Napoli this summer.

“Osimhen will tell us his decision (about his future) next month,” Kavukcu disclosed.

“At the moment, the top five clubs in the world are also interested in him.”

The top Galatasaray official said it is not impossible for the Turkish champions to sign the striker on a permanent basis in the summer.

“In January, there was talk of his departure but he stayed,” he said in a media briefing.

“He loves Galatasaray very much.

“Although we are aiming for the title, we have not yet had any direct discussion with Victor.There is no point in talking about it now.

“Galatasaray are a top club. If it wasn’t so, Victor would not have come.

“His staying at Galatasaray is not so impossible.”
