Ex-Super Eagles star Kayode quits Turkish club
Former Super Eagles striker Olanrewaju Kayode has quit Turkish club Genclerbirligi.
Genclerbirligi announced contract termination was mutually agreed.
They further said Kayode quit for “family reasons”.
The 30-year-old Kayode has scored four goals in 19 appearances in the league.
He has featured for various Turkish clubs including Sivasspor, Umranispor and Gaziantep FK.
Genclerbirligi are outside the promotion playoffs bracket in ninth place in the Turkish second-tier league.
