A captivating TikTok video of Ademola Lookman, the Super Eagles star who was born in England, speaking fluent Yoruba as if he grew up in Nigeria, went viral on social media.

The video shared by @fitness628 captured the amazing moment when the talented striker, who was representing Nigeria in the prestigious AFCON 2024 tournament, greeted a fellow Nigerian in Yoruba, the native language of the Yoruba people.

South Africa coach names one Nigerian player they need to stop to reach AFCON Final

Meanwhile, TheTalk.NG earlier reported that ahead of the AFCON semi-final showdown between Nigeria and South Africa, the Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos disclosed the name of the player who he believed could be the game-changer for the Super Eagles.

In a press conference ahead of the crucial match, he identified Ademola Lookman as the main danger that his team had to watch out for and stop from scoring.

Lookman had been in fine form throughout the tournament, netting three goals in four games, including the vital one that gave Nigeria a narrow 1-0 win over Angola and secured their place in the last four of the competition.
