Chelsea talks with Napoli over Osimhen ‘slow’

Chelsea may have opened discussions with Napoli to sign Victor Osimhen, but the talks have been described as “slow”.

Top Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano reported: “Chelsea have already started discussions with Napoli for Victor Osimhen, but they are moving slowly.”

The Super Eagles striker, who will quit Napoli in the summer, has always been considered as the main target for Chelsea.

However, it is not likely they afford to drop another £110m plus for a single player and also afford his salary.

Can Chelsea also risk breaking more financial rules to sign the striker?
