Today, Jerome Akor returned to action for La Liga club Sevilla after an injury layoff.
New Sevilla signing Akor was sidelined by a thigh injury soon after he joined the Spanish club in January.
Today, the 25-year-old striker, who was named on the Super Eagles recent provisional squad, played his second game in La Liga when he was introduced in the 83rd minute.
However, it was not a happy-ending story for the big striker as his team fell by the odd goal right in front of their own fans.
