Ademola Lookman has continued to deliver for both club and country that he is now poised to be crowned the CAF Player of the Year for 2024.
His goals, balance and power have seen him hit top reckoning in recent times.
Super Eagles officials have now told SCORENigeria that the Atalanta star forward loves his sleep.
“He does not play with his sleep,” one of the officials revealed.
“He sleeps at any given opportunity.
“That’s why he is often the last player on the team bus and team meetings because he has been sleeping.
“Many times you have to bang on the door of his room to wake him up.”
“He’s the undisputed sleeping champion of the Super Eagles,” announced another backroom staff.
Medical experts said sleep helps a person to re-energise and be fully focused on a task.
