Popular actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has called out a scammer identified as Prosper.

The mother of two tweeted via her X handle on Sunday, August 25, sharing a screenshot of the scammer requesting money from unsuspecting victims with her picture and name.

In one of the WhatsApp chats Funke shared on her X handle, the scammer was seen asking a victim to lend him N200k, promising to refund the money the next day.

Sharing screenshots, Funke cursed the scammer while warning fans to avoid falling for such scams.

She wrote:

“Pls beware!!! This is not from me!! Prosper!!! E no go prosper for you o!!! Ole!!!”

Funke Akindele, others donate millions to Bobrisky

Meanwhile, TheTalk.NG reported that Bobrisky made headlines after he revealed top female celebrities who contributed a total of N18.7 million to him.

According to Bobrisky, actress Eniola Ajao gave him N6 million, Funke Akindele and Tiwa Savage gave him N2.5 million each, Tonto Dikeh gave him N1 million.

This has since sparked outrage on social media as it comes a few weeks after Bobrisky was released.
