Remo stars ace Sodiq Ismail shines in Super Eagles training
Remo Stars right fullback Sodiq Ismail has shone brightly in Super Eagles training with his pin-point crosses, which have already made him the undisputed assist king of the NPFL.
“His crosses are like half a goal,” a source informed SCORENigeria
“If he continues like this, it will not be a surprise if he starts for the Super Eagles against South Africa on Friday night.”
He has provided 13 assists in the NPFL this season as Remo Stars push for a first championship.
Ismail is one of three players from the domestic league, the others are goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo from Enyimba and leftback Kenneth Igboke of Enugu Rangers.
