WAFU Cup heroes lead Flying Eagles on Egypt playing tour

Coach Aliyu Zubairu has called up the bulk of the squad who won the U20 WAFU B tournament in Togo last year to training camp for a playing tour of Egypt.

The tour of Egypt will prepare the Flying Eagles for the U20 AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire in April.

The invited players include captain Daniel Bameyi, Bidemi Amole, Raphael Oyebanji, Divine Olisha, Clinton Japhet and Kenneth Igbokwe.

New call-ups include Golden Eaglets captain Cletus Simon and winger Shola Adelami from Ikorodu City.
