Okocha, young brother of Iwobi’s mother, has also been impressed with the Super Eagles forward, who a year ago was bullied on social media for playing below par at the 2023 AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire.
“I am very happy with him and his progress,” he told Lagos Talks FM about his nephew, adding that he is now being played in a more comfortable position as a deep playing central midfielder.
