Victor Osimhen’s transfer could go all the way to the Transfer Deadline Day in Europe, which is Friday midnight, according to a top expert.
Top Transfer Expert David Ornstein of The Athletic predicted that the dramatic transfer story around Osimhen is still yet to end and may only be resolved on Deadline Day.
“It’s a dramatic story that I see going all the way to Transfer Deadline Day,” he predicted.
“He’s big star striker and we will have to pay close attention to his transfer.”
Ornstein said Premier League club Chelsea have retained an interest in the Napoli striker, but it is the form this transfer would take that has been an issue.
The London club have proposed a loan deal, which the player has rejected.
The expert also said PSG had a strong interest in Osimhen following the departure of Kylian Mbappe, but he does not expect any club to pay the 100 Million Euros that Napoli want for the player.
