The Super Eagles are still held up at the Abidjan airport several hours after they were scheduled to fly out to Uyo, officials told SCORENigeria
Their travel plans have been further altered as they will now have to first land in Lagos before they make their way to Uyo, where on Monday they will take on Rwanda in a final Group D 2025 AFCON qualifier.
Officials had first informed SCORENigeria that they will depart the Ivorian capital city by 9am today local time.
The logistics nightmare effectively means there will be no training by the team today.
