Super Eagles debutant Arokodare breaks down in tears

Big Genk striker Tolu Arokodare broke down in tears like baby after he finally made his Super Eagles debut against Rwanda.

Arokodare, who is the leading scorer in the Begian Jupiler Pro League with 17 goals, was caught on camera by fellow Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface as he shed tears of joy for making his full international level.

He has not represented Nigeria at any level before he transferred to Latvia in 2019.

The 1.97 metres tall striker was a 77th minute sub for two-goal hero Victor Osimhen as the Super Eagles won for the first time in Rwanda to revive their 2026 World Cup qualification hopes after they failed to win their first four qualifiers.

He did not score on his debut and instead got a booking.
