SCORENigeria Top 5: Quick-fire Nathan Tella lifts champions Bayer Leverkusen

Winger Nathan Tella scored one of the fastest goals in Europe this past week when he hit target after 25 seconds for Bayer Leverkusen at Borussia Dortmund, while Victor Osimhen and David Okereke were huge for their respective Turkish clubs.

It was a vital win for his club who are barely above the relegation zone in 13th place with 13 points from 14 matches.

The former Super Eagles has continued to prove he still has goals in his boots even at the ripe old age of 35 as he scored his fourth goal of the season for Al Wehda to win 2-1 at Al Fateh. Al Wehda will need more wins to climb out of the drop zone as they 16th in the 18-team championship with 12 points after 14 rounds of matches.

3.Victor Osimhen

The striker recovered from illness to give the lovely assist for Galatasaray opening goal at Istanbul Basaksehir. This is his sixth assist since his arrival from Napoli on loan. Gala won 2-1 to extend their lead at the top of the Turkish Super Lig standings. They have 50 points from 18 matches, 11 points clear of closest rivals Fenerbache, who have a game in hand.

The former Nigeria U23 star got the only goal for Gaziantep FK to beat bottom team Adana Demirspor. He has now netted five goals in the Turkish top league. This home win means his club are eighth on the table.
