Victor Osimhen could still make a transfer to either Saudi Arabia or Turkey as their transfer window is still open.
The transfer window of Turkish league, which parades the likes of Fenerbache, Galatasaray and Besiktas, does not close until September 13.
The life-changing deal to move to Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli crashed after Napoli demanded for additional cash, while Chelsea transfer would have meant Osimhen take a huge pay cut.
The Premier League club offered him an annual salary of Six Million Euros, while he currently earns 10 Million Euros at Napoli.
Chelsea several offers were therefore outrightly rejected by Osimhen, who has insisted he will not take a pay cut.
