Union St.Gilloise have shot to third place in the Belgian league standings courtesy of a lone strike by striker Promise David.
Promise David, 23, who has been capped by Nigeria at U23 level, converted a penalty in the 14th minute against OH Leuven for what proved to be the match winner.
He won the spot kick.
It was his sixth goal of the season.
Union are now third on the table with 37 points from 22 matches.
