Cardi B’s lover, Stefon Diggs, the New England Patriots wide receiver, is facing a paternity lawsuit from model Aileen Lopera.
The American model, also known as Lord Gisselle on Instagram, is claiming that Diggs is the father of her daughter.
According to court documents, Lopera claims Diggs fathered her 5-month-old daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, born in April 2025.

The model initially filed documents in December 2024, while pregnant, seeking to determine the parental relationship of her unborn baby.
She is requesting sole legal and physical custody but is open to Diggs having visitation rights. Additionally, she demands that Diggs cover pregnancy and birth expenses, as well as attorney’s fees.
Cardi’s lover denied paternity and has requested a DNA test to confirm the baby’s paternity. If proven to be the father, he wants joint custody and shared responsibility for pregnancy and birth-related expenses.
This development comes as Diggs’ girlfriend, Cardi B, recently announced she’s expecting her fourth child with him. The announcement generated widespread buzz on social media, with many criticizing the “Am I The Drama” crooner.
