Teacher Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Prior teaching experience (2-3 years preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong commitment to child development and the Montessori philosophy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
  • A criminal record check is required for this position.

The work environment requires a keen eye for detail and involves a variety of physical activities, including sitting, standing, and walking.

Bonus Points!

We are especially interested in candidates with:

  • Experience working in a Montessori school setting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Sanskrit and/or bhakti yoga (preferred).
