Osimhen drags journalist to court after bust-up allegations

Victor Osimhen has said he will take “necessary steps” against the Turkish journalist, who alleged that he punched him after he took his photograph.

This implies he will seek legal action against the journalist.

Osimen was Galatasaray match winner against Konyaspor in a Turkish Super Lig home game Saturday.

“I will take the necessary steps,” he was quoted by Fotomac.

“If I did (punch him), justice will prevail. If he is lying, justice will hold him accountable.”

The striker insisted it was a lie that he punched the journalist.

“I did not hit the journalists, they are lying,” he maintained.

“I said to him, ‘Why are you flashing my face, you need to ask permission for an interview’. I told them that they had to delete my photos. I did not hit anyone. I just went up to them and talked to them. I am no stranger to these incidents. I knew they would lie.”
