The Super Falcons striker put away a penalty in the 27th minute after she was brought down inside the box.
Oshoala is her team’s leading scorer and has now scored three goals in her last four games.
The win means Bay FC remain in the eight-team final NWSL playoffs.
There are four rounds of matches to the end of the regular season.
