Queen Ashley, the fourth wife of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has celebrated their son, Prince Ademakinwa, who just turned one.
For the occasion, the Queen posted an emotional Instagram post, sharing unseen moments from her pregnancy journey, including a rare clip of her labour delivery.
In the post, Queen Ashley expressed deep gratitude to God, describing her son as a divine testimony.

She wrote:
“Olodumare made your arrival a smooth and beautiful journey from the first scan to the moment I carried you in my arms. You are a testimony of Olodumare, and I am forever grateful.”
She described motherhood as one of her greatest blessings, noting that her son’s life is a reflection of grace and answered prayers.
The mother of one also took a moment to pen a touching message to her husband, the Ooni of Ife.
She praised him for his unwavering support during her pregnancy, revealing that he was even on call with her during her time in the theatre.
She stated:
“To my darling husband, thank you for your love and support throughout my pregnancy and beyond. Even at the theatre, you were there on the phone. You are a caring father and a devoted husband, and we are truly blessed.”

Ooni of Ife receives twins in palace
TheTalk.NG earlier reported that the photos taken when Ooni of Ife welcomed his set of twins to the palace had surfaced on social media.
In the images, he was seen holding the two of them as he smiled joyfully at them while cuddling them.
Queen Tobi, the mother of the children, was also seen with him as she assisted him in carrying one of the twins.
