Onazi pays final tribute to mother

Former Super Eagles star Ogenyi Onazi has bade a befitting final farewell his mother.

Mrs Cecilia Onazi was buried in style last weekend.

The former Lazio of Italy workaholic midfielder said he will miss his mother’s advice and guidance.

“To my mother in heaven, thank you for always loving me and guiding me,” he said in tribute.

“Even though she is no longer here with me, I can feel her love. She will always be in my heart. I love her dearly and I missed her greatly.

“Rest in peace mummy.”
