The CHAN Eagles will be handled by coaches Daniel Ogunmodede and Fidelis Ilechukwu with super Eagles caretaker coach Augustine Eguavoen as a supervisor.
Eguavoen, who is also the NFF technical director, has clarified this arrangement.
“They (Ogunmodede, Ilechukwu) have been in the league for many years, the onus is on them to build the team, I will supervise them,” Eguavoen explained.
“They should be able to call up 30 players from the league because they play against these players every year.
“I only watch the league periodically.”
The CHAN qualifiers are fixed for between October 25 and 27.
