The NPFL Player of Week 10 is Ahmed Musa of Kano Pillars.
Once again, ‘The Governor’ Ahmed Musa showed up for Kano Pillars as he netted the late winner in stoppage time to grab all three points against visiting Plateau United.
Plateau United opened the scoring in the 67th minute through Saka Gafar, before the legendary Rabiu Ali got them level 10 minutes to the end.
All looked set for a draw, but captain Ahmed Musa once gave them the lead in the fifth minute of added time.
He has now scored four goals in the NPFL, while Kano Pillars climbed to eighth with 14 points from 10 matches.
