Nigeria advance party hits South Africa for Super Eagles

A Nigerian advance party will fly out to South Africa Friday, September 5 to prepare the grounds for the arrival of the Super Eagles for a crucial 2026 World Cup tie against the home team.

The advanced team will ensure everything is in place to ensure the Super Eagles are very much at home in Bloemfontein.

The World Cup showdown between South Africa and Nigeria is scheduled for September 9.

The Super Eagles forced Bafana Bafana to a 1-1 draw when both teams clashed in the reverse tie in Uyo last year.
