Mike Sonko Exposes How Kalonzo Was Allegedly Sent to Shortchange Him

Sonko made the claims while urging the  people of Nairobi to back the Kenya Kwanza alliance leaders in Tuesday’s elections.

Former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has sensationally claimed that Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka was sent to shortchange him.

Speaking during Kenya Kwanza last campaign rally at Nyayo Stadium, Sonko alleged that he was duped to try his lack in Mombasa in a plot that was hatched to finish him politically.

He faulted the ‘deep state’ for his downfall saying it is them who were behind his lockout in the August 9, elections.

“Kalonzo, alinipoteza. He was sent to tell me that Nairobi people rejected me so alitumwa kuniingiza box akanipeleka huko mombasa,” Sonko claimed.

The former Nairobi governor rooted for Johnson Sakaja  for Nairobi Governor, Margaret Wanjiru for Senate and Millicent Omanga for Woman Rep Seat.

Sonko said the DP saw his tribulations and offered to help him and that is why he opted to choose the Kenya Kwanza team, albeit the last minute.

” Ruto aliona nilivyo adhibiwa an akanichukua. Na siko pekee yangu…Look at Duale , Murkomen, Kihika all are were oppressed by the government but thus will change soon.

Sonko bashed Nairobi Governor Ann Kananu for going to bed with the deep state instead of fighting for the rights of the residents.

He said the incumbent has done little to better the lives of residents saying time is Tuesday for city dwellers to bring change.

“Ule governor bonoko wa Nairobi after being sworn in instead of working and kutetea wanyonge waliobomolewa nyumba , she worked with the system,” Sonko added.

“Wale wakubwa serikali walikuwa wananiita pale staye house. Tunataka areas za mukuri, karibangi zibomolewe. I however refused and I said I cannot fight voters who elected me into leadership,’ he said.
