Man of the match Adarabioyo wins top praise after double in Chelsea FA Cup thrashing

Tosin Adarabioyo was Man of the Match and also won the praise of the boss after he scored twice for Chelsea to thrash League 2 side Morecambe 5-0 in the third round of the FA Cup.

“We are happy for Tosin, two goals… he can score, he’s defending well,” saluted Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca

The central defender, who has yet to commit his international future to Nigeria, opened scoring for Chelsea after 39 minutes, when his deflected long-range shot beat the goalkeeper.

He got his brace in the 70th minute with a beautifully curled stunner from 25 yards that rested at the top corner of the net.

Chelsea will now know their fourth round foes later today when the draw is made.
