A special report by France Football has been done on a south London district popularly called “little Lagos”, which has produced some top stars like Ademola Lookman, Eberechi Eze, Tammy Abraham and Jamal Musiala.
“Little Lagos” is a deprived neigbourhood of the English capital city and it houses “cages” – small pitches at the foot of buildings – from where these players started out to now become top stars around the world.
Today, Ademola Lookman is the CAF Player of the Year in-waiting after he changed international allegiance from England.
Musiala has established himself in four-time world champions Germany, while Eberechi Eze is going great guns with both Premier League club Crystal Palace and the Three Lions of England.
