Nigerian controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, aka Portable, has released a new song for his senior colleague K1 De Ultimate, whose real name is Wasiu Ayinde Anifowoshe.
This was inspired after KWAM 1 held a ValueJet flight hostage following a dramatic episode between him and a female pilot, Captain Oluranti, at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

The street pop act decided to hit the studio and sing about the incident as he hailed the Fuji star a plane stopper.
Video made the rounds online, showing the Zazu hitmaker recording a song while narrating KWAM 1’s attempt to prevent a plane from flying.

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has since suspended both Ogoyi and her co-pilot, Flight Officer Ivan Oloba, for violating safety rules, though details of their own infraction remain unclear. KWAM 1, on his part, has been barred from flying within Nigeria for six months.
However, recounting the incident in a written statement, Ogoyi, who is the daughter of an Osun state politician, stated that barely five minutes after boarding, the singer approached the aircraft holding a gold flask. Ground staff, following standard safety procedure, asked to verify the contents, reported online newspaper The Will. According to her, KWAM1 refused outright.

KWAM 1 denies any wrongdoing
TheTalk.NG earlier reported that KWAM 1 spoke out following accusations of misconduct during a boarding process for a ValueJet flight.
In a statement, the veteran performer insisted that, contrary to media reports, he was the victim, not the aggressor, in the now-public incident.
According to Kwam 1’s camp, it turned out to be nothing more than plain drinking water handed to him while at the lounge. His media aide, Kunle Rasheed, said in a statement: “Despite his respectful effort to clarify this, the situation was unnecessarily escalated.”
