Odion Ighalo scored his fifth goal of the season for his Saudi Arabian club Al Wehda to beat fellow relegation strugglers Al Raed 3-1.
The 35-year-old striker scored in the 76th minute to make it 2-1 in favour of the home team.
It was only their fourth win of the league season.
Al Wehda have 17 points from 24 matches and are now two points away from safety.
