HH SERIOUS ABOUT QUALITY EDUCATION

Itezhi-Tezhi Member of Parliament TWAAMBO MUTINTA says President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA’s pronouncement that no child should sit on the floor by the end of next year will enhance the quality of education.

Mr. MUTINTA says the call for all pupils to have desks means that government is serious about providing not just free but quality education to all citizens.

He told ZNBC News in an interview that government has demonstrated beyond that education is among priority sectors on its development agenda.
