Governor reduce time for nightclubs and operation of Okada riders

Governor reduce time for nightclubs and operation of Okada riders: The Ondo State government has reduced the hours within which nightclub and commercial motorcycle operators could do business.

Henceforth, all nightclubs must close by 12 midnight, and okada riders will only operate between 6am and 6pm.

Other measures put in place are the restriction of vehicles with tinted glasses without permit, driving unregistered vehicles, use of sticker number plates in lieu of Car Dealership approved stickers.

Special Adviser on Security Matters to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and Ondo Amotekun Corps Commander, Chief Adetunji Adeleye, urged security agencies to impound all such vehicles and prosecute their owners or riders.

Chief Adeleye encouraged all vehicle and motorcycle owners to register their vehicles, adding that defaulters would face the full wrath of the law.
