Nigeria cup winners El Kanemi Warriors had to wait till stoppage time before they could force Dadje FC of Benin to a 1-1 draw in a preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup today.
The match was played at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne.
The visitors took the lead after 22 minutes through Selasie Bakia.
Gimba Ajiji saved the home team their blushes with a stoppage time leveler.
The return leg will be played Saturday in Cotonou.
