Chidera Ejuke has continued to shine on his return to the Super Eagles as he impressed in training ahead of a 2025 AFCON qualifier against Libya tomorrow, SCORENigeria scooped.
His mazy dribbles and self-belief were in full display during Wednesday’s training played behind closed doors and involving 22 players.
The training was mainly small-sided games of seven vs seven players.
Ejuke super form for new club Sevilla earned him a recall to the national team as his last involvement was two years ago in a friendly in Algeria.
He is now pushing the likes of Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon for a starting XI spot against Libya tomorrow evening.
SCORENigeria further scooped that Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, midfielder Alhassan Yusuf and Ballon d’Or nominee Ademola Lookman were outstanding in Wednesday training.
Wilfred Ndidi and Bruno Onyemaechi, who started against Benin and Rwanda last month, were also flying.
The Super Eagles will have their final training today before the match against Libya, which will kick off from 5pm inside the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
