Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has said his club Lazio aim to win the UEFA Europa League after he shone in a 3-0 win at Dynamo Kiev.
“We are in this competition to win it, we will take one game at a time and if we always score three in the end we will win it,” the Super Eagles forward declared.
Dele-Bashiru scored Lazio second goal, a superb finish that gave the Dynamo Kiev goalkeeper no chance.
It was his first goal for the Italian club.
He also assisted for his team’s third goal.
The Super Eagles forward admitted he is gradually settling at his new club after his transfer from Turkey this past summer.
“It wasn’t easy to adapt to the new team, my teammates and the coach are helping me,” he said.
“How is it going? It’s not easy, but I’m getting there.”
