The two are former Kwacha Member of Parliament Joseph Malanji and his Kabushi counterpart Bowman Lusambo.
The verdict to suspend the by-election has been made by Lusaka High Court Judge Mwape Bowa in chambers.
Judge Bowa sat with two other judges namely Sharon Newa and Lombe Phiri.
The ruling follows the injunction filed by the two ex MPs where they sought the suspension of the forthcoming parliamentary elections in their constituencies.
