Dadje of Benin Republic today knocked out Nigeria’s representatives El Kanemi Warriors from the CAF Confederation Cup.
Dadje beat Nigerian Federation Cup winners El Kanemi 2-1 today to go through 3-2 on aggregate after both teams played out a 1-1 draw in Ikenne a week ago.
Two months ago, Benin recorded their first win over the Super Eagles in a 2026 World Cup qualifier.
Both teams will clash again on September 7 in Uyo to open the 2025 AFCON qualifying tournament.
