Botswana Gov’t ban importation of several items including school items, grasshopper shoes, bread, water

Government has banned the importation of several items including school uniform items such as grasshopper, bread and water.

Assistant Minister of Trade and Industry Hon. Beauty Manake reveals citing that the move is meant to empower Batswana citizens. Other products whose import has since been banned include vegetables such as potatoes.
